Application process

Applying with Brunel
On the Brunel website, you can browse through and directly apply to current career opportunities. If you are unable to find a position which suits you, Brunel encourages you to submit a CV and cover letter which outlines your experience and career goals. Your information will be kept on file and a Brunel representative will contact you if a position opens up which is in line with your background and experience.
-
If Brunel is interested in learning more about your skills, you will be invited to an introductory interview.
-
During the introductory interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your experience and interests.
- If Brunel considers you as a potential candidate for a job opening, a meeting with the client will be arranged. If you meet their requirements, you may be invited to a second interview with the client.
As a Brunel employee, you will receive personal coaching. Brunel will stay in contact with you during your assignment with the client. Brunel offers regular “catch up” chats, appraisals, career development advice and informal meetings.
